The Coalition conducted a Phase I ESA on this parking lot to assist with the redevelopment of an adjacent property. After the College Football Hall of Fame departed, it has remained underutilized. The project is expected to create 30 new jobs and provide an economic benefit to the community of between $5 million and $6 million annually, and return two parcels to the tax rolls from municipal exempt status.
